Frequently asked questions

How do I claim the student discount?
Mention that you are a student when you book and have a valid student ID ready to show the driver. The discounted fare is confirmed at the time of booking, not afterwards.
Which journeys is it valid on?
Airport transfers, station transfers and ordinary journeys. On our special rates routes the discount applies to the fixed fare shown.
Can we split the fare between friends?
Yes — and it is usually the cheapest way to travel. The price is per car, not per person, so a people carrier shared between a group works out well below the individual rate.
Is there a discount on airport runs at the end of term?
Yes, and these are worth booking early. End of term is our busiest period, so pre-book as far ahead as you can to be sure of a car at the time you want.
