How do I book a Victoria Taxi?
You can book via an app, telephone, or website — or through a walk-in booking at a registered minicab office. A minicab will only have a driver assigned if you have made a prior booking schedule, so please pre-book rather than approaching a driver directly. Request a quote or call us on 0123456789.
How much notice do you need?
We require at least 24 hours notice for online bookings, and days marked in red can only be booked by phone. If you need a car sooner than that, call 0123456789 and a booking agent will do what they can.
How is the fixed price worked out?
The standard/fixed special price is based on a single journey in a saloon car between 06:00 and 23:00. Fixed fares mean minicab and private hire companies protect travellers from being overcharged because of possible heavy traffic going to or from the airport. A bank holiday uplift may apply.
Is meet and greet included at the airport?
It is charged separately: the Meet and Greet fee without parking fee is £10. Your driver will meet you in the airport arrivals area and will hold a sign with your name written on.
What happens if my flight is early or delayed?
Your flight landing time is monitored so the driver is ready to meet you once you arrive, and your pick-up time gets updated whenever your flight is arriving early or running late.
Which vehicles can I choose from?
Saloon Car, Estate Car, Executive Car, MPV and Minibus. A saloon takes up to 4 passengers; our fleet accommodates 4–8 persons in total. The fixed special prices are based on a saloon car.
How do I pay?
You can pay in cash to the driver. Your booking is confirmed by email to the address you give when booking.
How much luggage can I take?
Tell us how many passengers and bags you have when you book and we will send the right vehicle — an Estate Car, MPV or Minibus where a saloon would be tight.
Do you carry wheelchair users?
Yes. Added comfort is provided for those who travel with special needs — we can supply a wheelchair accessible vehicle with special ramp access to make sure your journey is both comfortable and safe. Please request this when booking.
What is the difference between a minicab and a black taxi?
Minicabs are private hire cars and must be pre-booked. Hackney carriages or taxis are allowed to pick up passengers and flag down on the roadside. Private hire and minicab drivers and operators in the UK are supervised by the Public Carriage Office’s TfL — Transport for London.

All major London airports — Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and Southend — plus stations including Victoria, Paddington, Euston and St Pancras. See our special rates for fixed prices.
