How do I book a Victoria Taxi?
You can book via an app, telephone, or website — or through a walk-in booking at a registered minicab office. What happens if my flight is early or delayed?
Your flight landing time is monitored so the driver is ready to meet you once you arrive. Your pick-up time is updated automatically whenever your flight is arriving early or running late, and you are not charged extra for the wait.
How do you work out the fare, and can it change?
Fares are fixed and quoted at the time of booking. Because minicab and private hire companies work to fixed fare prices, you are protected from being overcharged if there is heavy traffic going to or from the airport. Basic fares start from as little as £5.00 for the first 2 miles.
How do I pay?
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience, with no booking fee and no surprise charges. Business travellers can also set up a corporate account for minicab service instead of paying per journey.
How much luggage can I take?
Tell us how many passengers and bags you have when you book and we will send the right vehicle. Our fleet accommodates 4–8 persons, from saloon cars and minicabs through to people carriers and mini buses.
Do you carry wheelchair users?
Yes. Added comfort is provided for those who travel with special needs — we can supply a wheelchair accessible vehicle with special ramp access to make sure your journey is both comfortable and safe. Please request this when booking.
